You will be able to search and connect with them via the platform and employ them if you think they are a good fit for an opportunity you have.  The advantage of this is that you don’t have to worry about writing and posting detailed advertisements or trawling through many applications to find the right talent.  As a result of your involvement, we will give you free access to search, connect and employ for three months following our launch.
All we ask is that you give us your honest feedback about the ease of using the platform and the value of it to your organisation.
Please register your interest here and we will follow up with you very soon.

Why a focus on transferable skills?

Deloitte Access Economics forecasts soft skill intensive occupations will account for two-thirds of all jobs by 2030. The number of jobs in soft-skill intensive occupations is expected to grow at 2.5 times the rate of jobs in other occupations. That’s why we’re educating our members about their transferable skills and how to highlight them.

Skills are the new job currency

  • Rapid change in the labour market requires a new emphasis on skills as the best way to search for talent.
  • Skill requirements are shifting faster than job titles and displacing occupations as the unit of analysis by which the job market should be measuredBurning Glass Technologies
  • That’s why we focus on skills as a key search criteria for employers.
